Anyone can ask

You, a family member, a carer, a support coordinator or your doctor. You do not need your NDIS plan in front of you to start.

We ring you back

Within one working day. If it is urgent, or you are coming home from hospital, please ring us instead of waiting.

Nothing to pay

The first visit is free. Nothing is charged to your plan until you have read and signed an agreement.
