What we do

How we can help

Personal care, housework, nursing at home, getting out and about. Whatever you need, the same small team does all of it, and you sign one agreement rather than one for each.

Support through the night, and around the clock

Some people need a hand at 2am, not just at 2pm. These are the same supports listed above, delivered on a different roster.

Overnight support

Nights are when most families worry. Our overnight workers are there for the help that cannot wait until morning, the quiet check that everything is alright, and the difference between a household that sleeps and one that lies awake listening. We work to your routine, not a standard shift.

  • Your evening wind-down and your morning start, kept the way you like them
  • A worker awake through the night, or sleeping over within earshot
  • A steady hand getting in and out of bed, and moving about in the dark
  • Continence care and personal hygiene, handled quietly and without fuss
  • Someone who already knows your routine, your medication and who to ring

24/7 support

Some people need support that does not stop when a shift does. We build the roster around you and we build it with you, your family and everyone already involved in your care, so the same small team covers the days, the evenings and the nights.

  • Personal care and everyday help, whatever the hour
  • Meals cooked, washing done, and the house kept running
  • A steady hand with moving, standing and transfers
  • Getting out — appointments, shops, friends, the things worth leaving home for
  • You set the pace, we follow
  • Overnight cover built into the same roster, not bolted on

Not sure what your plan pays for?

Give us a ring and we will go through your plan with you. It costs nothing and you are not committing to anything. If something you need is not covered, we will tell you now rather than let you find out later.
