Community nursing means a nurse visits you at home instead of you travelling to a clinic. Our registered and enrolled nurses look after wounds, manage medication, help with continence and catheters, and keep an eye on your health. They can also train your regular support workers, so the people you already know can help you safely.

Questions about nursing care
Not to talk to us. To do the nursing itself, we need nursing included in your NDIS plan. For some tasks we also need a note from your doctor. Give us a ring and we will tell you exactly what is needed. We will not send you away to work it out on your own.
Yes, and it is often the better way. A nurse can train and sign off the worker you already know and trust, then check in from time to time. You keep the same familiar person, and a nurse is still behind it. It usually costs less from your plan too.
